Add the Vector tracking pixel to your site

Go to https://app.vector.co/ and follow the instructions to add the Vector tracking pixel to your site.

Add a webhook to sync web visits to Ellis

• Go to the Vector integrations page here: https://app.vector.co/integrations
• Add a new webhook here: https://app.vector.co/integrations/webhook
• Only subscribe to the vector contact.visited event
• The webhook url is: https://app.ellis.so/api/v1/webvisitors/vector
• Create the webhook
• Go to Ellis and create an api key: https://app.ellis.so/dashboard/webvisitors/apikeys
• Paste in the signing url from Vector
• Create the Ellis api key
• Add the custom header: ELLIS_API_KEY, with the api key value
• Be sure you save the custom header

Test your Vector integration

• Go to the webhook testing tab
• Send a contact.visited test event
• The event should succeed, if not contact support: a@ellis.so
• Check your visits page on Ellis: https://app.ellis.so/dashboard/webvisitors/visits
• You should see the test event logged, if not contact support: a@ellis.so
