# Clean and Enrich your List

> Learn how to clean and enrich your lists in Ellis

Once your list is uploaded, Ellis can clean and enrich it for you

## Make sure your list is uploaded

Only proceed with these steps once your list is uploaded.

## Clean your list

Go to your campaign/audience and go to the settings tab. Select 'clean'. Ellis will verify your list against
a bounce checker, check for duplicates, and check our database for any known invalid emails. This is usually fast.

## Enrich your list

Once the list is done being cleaned, you can turn on enrichment. This is also typically fast. We get publicly available
info on your prospects to use for hyper-personalization.
